it is a slang for lebanese, unlike "nigger" which is racist.(and if "leb" is racist then so is "aussie" which means you are racist aswell :P)

and this country is quiet unique in the sense that we are only racist generaly in a joking manner to THOSE in our country, but there are exeptions...
